Variant: Hyper Nasty
Rules
Hyper Nasty is a blend of Hyper and Nasty: difficult, and more difficult.
Letters round: The selection has 12 letters rather than 9, with 4 to 6 vowels. The letter E is not available. (In languages other than English, the most common letter in that language is excluded.)
Numbers round: Players are given an 8-number selection, including 1 to 4 large numbers drawn from 12, 37, 62, 87, 137, and 187. There are three of each of the standard small numbers. The target is between 1000 and 9999.
Conundrum: The answer can be any twelve-letter word (except those with anagrams), including very obscure words, plurals and so on.
