![]() | Elwin Carlos Velvet had a blinder, and 15 targets above 1000. Seems a bit unfair but I suppose my luck had to run out some time. Thanks for organising as always, Matthew! |
![]() | Matthew Tassier Two max games this round, with Jon registering his first Duck max while overcoming Velvet's new PB, and experienced Duck-master Chris B. earning himself the Strongest Link title. |
![]() | Matthew Tassier For the third round in a row the final spot in the next round was decided on tiebreaks, with Neil's victory edging him through ahead of Dan S who found himself up against a strong Velvet performance. Adrian and Elwin were a little behind after taking on tricky games, and Owen fell short after his strongest WL Numbers tournament yet. So, Dan, Adrian, Elwin & Owen you are the Weakest Links. Goodbye! |
Notes from the organizer: In round thirteen the top 40 players will play a Duckdown game against Apterous Velvet. In Duckdown possible targets are 101-1999 and you get 7 numbers to use rather than the usual 6, but you must "duck" (not use) one of them. Velvet will pick the possibly simplest 2 large option, and probably solve quite a lot of rounds while not winning more than a game or two.
