![]() | Adam Latchford oh no
|
![]() | Dave Robjohns Very optimistic opening sign-ups when it's a Spoilage NA round :D |
![]() | Luke S “Spoilage is a deliberately exaggerated variant that is mostly intended for fun.”
|
![]() | Dave Kempshall It is - on the other hand - an extremely easy round for me to mark scores for. I might move every round of every tournament to this variant to reduce admin. |
![]() | Jon Stammers That was fun.
|
![]() | Mark Jeary-Fairbairn Before I start is there a prize for exactly +18? |
![]() | Dave Kempshall Welcome to the tour Mr Tassier. There are a couple of team spots potential available due to inactivity. If we get halfway through this tournament and still no activity then I'll add you to a team. |
![]() | Tom Cappleman Dave's comment about optimistically opening up sign ups pays off nicely |
![]() | Dave Kempshall Claims that this format was selected with the specific intention of drawing in Tass are unfounded. |

![]() | Jon Stammers Mark, we could give Sarah B a prize but she's already had twice as much fun as the rest of us so that's surely prize enough! Nice one Sarah! |
![]() | Jon Stammers Hope that didn't come across as in any way mean btw, not intended to be :) |
![]() | Fiona T woops draws not allowed! |
![]() | Dave Kempshall Sorry, an oversight. If it's any consolation, when i was testing it out I got stuck in a game myself until about R30. |
![]() | Mark Jeary-Fairbairn 41 rounds is determination. I got very lucky with my 20 pts |
Notes from the organizer: As we've reached the halfway mark, I've opened up sign-ups to accept new tour members if anyone is keen?
Onto the action and it's time for major number three of the season - the US Open from Oakmont.
Tom C continues to lead the way in the world rankings after securing a record-equalling third major at the PGA Championship. He's yet to finish outside the top 3 so far. Both Adam and Tom will be hoping to bag their 2nd major of the season here.
4Aces top the team rankings and head into the US Open having triumphed in the last three tournament and both majors so far which means they're eying up the Team Grand Slam of all four majors. Who can stop them?
We start with a very simple Spoilage Numbers Attack.
Scoring is:
Exact Solve = Birdie
Within 10 = Par
Fail = Bogey
Good luck!
