Notes from the organizer: The qualifier: play Prune and score as many as you can.

The top 4 scores will go into pot 1, scores 5-8 into pot 2, etc. When the group stage is drawn, each group will randomly have one person from pot 1, one person from pot 2, and so on.

Three bots (Nude, Waldorf, Plum) will play Qualifier games in case we do not get a perfect multiple of 4 signing up.

In the event of ties in the qualifier going over a group's divide (such a tie for fourth place) then the one with the fewest 0s will be seeded higher, then the higher max count, then the lower cumulative letters lengths, excluding 0s, then whoever played the game first.
