![]() | Sean D I am playing this under duress |
![]() | Ian Milller Is this even possible? Playing a practice game first and I cant type a word in one second |
![]() | Fiona T bascially look for a word as the letters come out and make sure you hit the first letter immediately. You've got enough time to type a word before the timeout bar. I treat it as a 7-8 letter game, or hit a likely first letter and hope I get lucky |

![]() | Mike Lee This is a round where you really need to play on a laptop or computer. It’s virtually impossible to pick letters and get the entry bar up in time when playing on the phone. |
![]() | Ben Bazzard I played it on my phone because I feel it fairly reflects my incompetence as a golfer :) |
![]() | David Holmes A deeply silly variant imo but it's only a game so not too stressed. |
![]() | Ian Milller I appear to have done worse on the real thing than the practice round, oh well, at least I got it done |
![]() | Joshua McCune Well it's safe to say I won't be playing Berserk regularly, crikey :o |
Notes from the organizer: Round 3 saw our World Number 1 and Grand Slam seeking T-Cap establish a heft 11-shot lead. It’s his to lose as he seeks leg 3 of 4 of the grand slam.
Can anyone deny him?
There's a chance as it’s time for some fireworks on the final day at Shinnecock with a Berserk Letters Attack.
9 letter word = Eagle
8 letter word = Birdie
7 letter word = Par
6 letter word = Bogey
5 letter word = Double Bogey
4 letter word or below or zero score = Triple Bogey
If Berserk wasn’t Berserk enough, the final 3 holes will act as our pressure holes and your score to par will be doubled (for good or for bad) on these holes.
Hole 19 and then 20 will act as play-off holes where needed.
Good luck!
