Tourney round: Alphabetical - Bilateral Competition: Seeding Round
Notes from the organizer: In this round you will play a Touchdown LA under Alphabetical rules against Prune to qualify and be seeded for the head-to-head group games to come. Players will be ranked on score (tiebreaks - number of rounds scored in, number of maxes, first to play). The top 16 players will be placed into four-person groups for the next stage.
Alphabetical rules:
Your submitted words (WHETHER VALID OR NOT) must be in alphabetical order through each game. Any word submitted that is alphabetically before a word submitted in an earlier round of the game (whether valid or not) will be ignored. However, any word submitted twice during a game (again, whether valid or not), will be ignored. This effectively gives an option to cancel out a word from a previous round that you realise shouldn't have been submitted and therefore potentially re-instate an excluded word(s). Any queries, please ask.
Late entrants are welcome, if we get to 20+ players playing games here then there will be 5 groups of 4 in the next stage.
