Tourney round: Everything Counts X: Sign-up page
Notes from the organizer: Fourteen months or roughly that long ago the last one finished with a fantastic final. Time for Everything Counts 10th edition.
Here's an explanation of how Everything Counts works for those whom don't know starting with the Round Robin stage. During the Round Robin stage everybody will play everybody (never actually happens) but that's generally how it works.
In the Round Robin stage players can score points in the following ways:
4-points for a win
2-points for a draw
1-point for scoring 70+ points
1-point for losing within 10-points
Players will get 6-weeks to play their Round Robin games where all games will be Standard 9. Once the Round Robin stage is complete, so many players will advance to the knockout stage (this will depend how many sign-up). Normally 32 players advance.
Straight after the Round Robin stage the knockout stage will happen. Here is an explanation of the Knockout stage:
Players will be seeded depending where they finish in the Round Robin Stage. For example if 32 players advanced then 1 would played 32, 2 vs 31 and so on until 16 vs 17.
Each knockout match up to and including the Semi Final will be best-of-3 Standard 9.
The final will be slightly different where it will be Best-of-5 Standard 15.
Finally after all that reading above its time to do one thing. That one thing is to sign-up to Everything Counts X.
