Tourney round: Aptolympics: Tokyo 2021: Event 18: Boxing (Round 1)

<< Tokyo 2021: Event 17: Judo (Round 1) | Tokyo 2021: Event 19: Badminton >>

Notes from the organizer: Event 18 is Boxing, which is simulated via a 14 Rounder (even though boxing isn't).

Additionally, Boxing awards two bronze medals, so there will be 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals available in each "weight category" - so 16 medallists. There is no repechage in boxing so obtaining a good seeding is huge - seeding for this one is based on Triathlon scores.

There will be around 10 days per round to complete games.

The bracket and seedings will live here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XARCkMOnvzwgvf9ex_0WLcnvWbr8V6p05qhxWpWmUtw/edit#gid=1651968153

Ran from: 19 – 28 July 2021. Format: 14 Rounder. Matches: One-off. Approved.
