Notes from the organizer: For round 3 we've got a bit of a curve ball with it being a Touch Junior Numbers Attack against Apterous Velvet. This is going to be high scoring.

The 16 top scoring players will qualify for the next round, only including players who are not currently a Weakest Link in a previous round. Ties will be decided on maxes achieved, then on least number of steps used in total in solutions and then on who was first to play their game.
