Gevin Chapwell Bit annoying to be third of the three people on 177 points, especially after Waldorf, while not bothering to score in most rounds, decided to steal 14 points from me in the rounds where I wasn't spot on.
Chris Butler I've got a feeling you'll sneak through on 177 though!
Chris Butler ...but f I go through but not you, then yes, you have every right to feel hard done by!
Elliott Mellor Urgh, very lucky to get through. Waldorf nicked TWO rounds off me there! I'm sure bots go on steroids whenever they're playing me.
Johnny Canuck ^ Hey, that's my line!
Elliott Mellor I used it before you did, actually!
Noel Mcilvenny I fear this is actually the end!
Elliott Mellor It might not be, there's more fixtures to complete than there are listed.
Chris Butler It'll be close but still a good chance you'll go through. 6 to play, 5 need to better your score to put you out
Chris Butler I mis-calculated, actually only 5 left to play, sorry for any elevated hopes!
Jon Elmer That's me out then. Disappointing, but there was no chance I'd get through the next round anyway. Thanks for organising Matthew.
Matthew Tassier Cheers Jon, well done for getting this far.
Noel Mcilvenny Nervously waiting, albeit with little hope

Matthew Tassier Well played here from Strongest Link Zarte, Ben sneaking ahead as the top cumulative scorer for the first time and Rahul on for a max game until the final round.
Matthew Tassier Very tight at the bottom with Noel and Jon going out by just a few points, and Jason a bit further back after good performances to get this far. So, Noel, Jon and Jason you are the Weakest Links, Goodbye!
Noel Mcilvenny Thanks Matthew, really enjoyed it! Good luck to those left!
Jason Turner Cheers for a great and excellently run tourney. looking for ward to next time already :D
Matthew Tassier Thanks guys, glad you had fun!
Notes from the organizer: Round seventeen will be a Nasty Numbers Attack played against Apterous Waldorf. Large numbers are changed to 12, 37, 62 and 87 and Waldorf favours 1 large which can be tricky, particularly if you end up with a 12 and five small numbers. Waldorf probably won't get many spot on, but there's definitely a danger of him stealing some rounds.
The THREE lowest scoring players in this round will leave the tournament. If there is a tie for lowest scores then margin of victory/defeat will be taken into account amongst tied players followed, if necessary, by total score in the tournament so far (see notes by matches).
Good luck, and well done to those getting here on finishing in the top third of players.
Ran from: 6 – 19 March 2017. Format: Nasty Numbers Attack. Matches: One-off. Approved.
Fixtures: 16. Completed: 16.
