Anyway, what I said earlier....
I did a tournament for Apterites who've yet to appear on Countdown about two years ago. I've decided to expand on it for this new tournament. Anyone can who hasn't appeared on the show as a contestant can enter, as well as those who have appeared but lost on their only appearance (If you've appeared as an audience member you are fine). The cut off will be people who have recorded before March 12th, I believe there are recordings that week.
The format will be a group stage followed by a knockout round. Numbers in groups will be confirmed when I have a better idea of numbers. The groups will have a slightly modified scoring to normal tourneys.
3 points for a normal win
2 points for a win earned on a tiebreak conundrum
1 point for a game lost on a tiebreak conundrum
0 points for a normal loss.
