Julie McCarthy

Julie McCarthy James, is it possible for you to create the tourney matches using full custom, so we have stepdown scoring in the first place? Easier for you, and we can tell how we're doing more easily.

James Laverty

James Laverty I've tried to do so before, but not possible at the moment. There is a ticket somewhere in the archive asking for full custom games.

Matthew Tassier

Matthew Tassier Sadly not possible. There is a ticket requesting it http://www.apterous.org/ticket_view.php?ticket=1669#p38056 but Charlie has said it would be a lot of work.

Matthew Tassier

Matthew Tassier Beat me to it.

Tourney round: The Multiverse 2: Return Trip: Junior

<< Touchdown | Nasty >>

Notes from the organizer: Round 4 now, and on paper one of the nicer variants, Junior.

Last year, this round had a 4* way tie at the top, with Matthew Brockwell, James Hurrell, Heather Styles and Jason Turner all scoring a very impressive 147.

*It was originally a five way tie, but the fifth person was later found to be cheating, and so the table was amended without their scores.

This week, Numberwang was chosen by an outgoing member of staff at my local, while 7 people (nearly a quarter of the original field) are playing the joker card this week. They are, Amie Bateen, Andrew Corcoran, Andy Sc, Barry Evans, Euan Slatter, Matty Artell and Tricia Lockhart.

And now for the details of Round 2.

The week was incredibly tight, with just 6 points separating the top 6 places. But the winner, with 136, was Aidan L. Just one point behind, in joint second were Liam Tiernan and Tracey Mills.

Nobody found any pencils this week, and Numberwang was 111, with Phil Collinge earning a bonus point for being closest with 110.

The table now looks like this

1. Matthew Brockwell- 55
2. Zarte Siempre- 52
3. Liam Tiernan- 49
4. Matty Artell- 49
5. Jon Wilford- 48 (Joker Played)
6. Aidan L- 43
7. Tracey Mills- 42
8. Sean Fletcher- 42
9. Thomas Cappleman- 42
10. Barry Evans- 40
11. Heather Styles- 38
12. Phil Collinge- 36
13. Matthew Tassier- 35
14. Ian Volante- 33
15. Amie Bateen- 33
16. Jamie French- 32
17. Robert Miller- 31
18. Martin Hurst- 31
19. Jim Bentley- 30
20. Julie McCarthy- 29
21. Jason Turner- 23
22. Tricia Lockhart- 21
23. John Gillies- 21
24. James L- 18
25. Andy Sc- 16
26. Catherine Mullan- 13
27. Jamie Rawson- 11
28. Euan Slatter- 5
29. Andrew Corcoran- 2

Just to remind everyone, people are welcome to sign up at anytime to join the tourney.

As ever, best of luck
