Notes from the organizer: Thanks you all for signing up for the annual letters festival that is Alphabet Spaghetti. Each round will feature alternative scoring rules for a total of 12 rounds to be played throughout November.
IMPORTANT - In a slight tweak to the advertised rules, I will be putting rounds up in batches with deadlines aimed to give more clarity on the current standings and leaderboards.

We start, as always, with A, B, C, D… which is played via a Touchdown Letters Attack.
In this opening round the challenge is to continue to declare words round-by-round that begin with letters that sequence through the alphabet. You can start at any point in the alphabet but must then follow the letter sequence.
For example, if you start with RELATION, then round two will need a word beginning with S, round 3 T, round 4 U and so on. If a player reaches Z, they then need to return to A to keep their sequence going.
IMPORTANT - word of 3 or fewer letters are not valid for your scoring, so you have to stick to 4 or more lettered words.
If you fail to keep the sequence above going, the word that breaks the sequence will not count towards your score and you will be penalised 10 points. To get back on track, you have to play the correct lettered word that you should have played previously (se game example below).
Because there is a large element of luck involved with the letters Q and X, players are allowed to skip these letter and go straight onto R and Y respectively.
As with all rounds, there are bonus points available. These are both for 5 points and are relevant to the letters J and Z. When you get to the words beginning with these letters in your game, if you correctly declare a word of 6 or more letters, you’ll get the 5 point bonus each time.
