Notes from the organizer: It's round 12 now, so if you can get through this one then you are halfway through the competition. This round you have a game against Nude in Hyper format. Hyper has a more generous 45 second round limit, which should make this a slightly more relaxed challenge than Hyperlock was a couple of round ago. However Nude will only choose 1 large number and will inexplicably play more like Rex instead of at her usual level.
Some stats for this round:
Expected competitors: 43
Weakest Links required: 3
Historic WL Hyper average score: 152.42
Previous WL Hyper max games: 14
Highest average score (this year's entrants): 186 - Tal Lessner (5 games)
Highest scoring Weakest Links: 130 - Gevin Chapwell, Martin Thomas, Trevor Bissett (all 2025)
For more stats see spreadsheet linked below.
The THREE lowest scoring players will leave the tournament this round. If there is a tie for lowest scores then margin of victory/defeat will be taken into account amongst tied players followed, if necessary, by total score in the tournament so far (see notes by matches below).
