![]() | Matthew Tassier A great round for some of the big hitters as 3 former champions (and a two-time runner up) provided a record 4 max games in an Aegilops round. Top of the tree, Elliott collects his 4th Aegilops Strongest Link prize. |
![]() | Matthew Tassier Wesley and Thomas finished level on points this round, with Wesley surviving on tournament points by 1873 to 1859, probably grateful for Thomas's kamikaze picking technique. The other 3 departees can each console themselves with their strongest WL Numbers tournament yet. So Thomas, Damian, Colin and Richard, you are the Weakest Links. Goodbye! |
![]() | Richard Barnett Survived longer than I expected! Good luck to those still in. Thanks for the fun tourney Matt |
Notes from the organizer: Round eleven is the final appearance of Apterous Prune this year, here to challenge you once again to a game in Aegilops format. Aegilops is similar to Normal except that large numbers may take any value in the range 11-99 and stepdown scoring is used. Prune will copy your choice of number of larges, with 1 or 2 being the usual preferences.
