Tourney round: Women's Euros & COPA 2025: Knockout Stage

<< Group Stage

Notes from the organizer: Well done on reaching the knockout stages for the Euros and COPA. The line-up is as follows:

Euro Quarters

Switzerland (Tom C) v Belgium (David H)
Spain (Matthew B) v Norway (Colin T)
Germany (Adam L) v France (Dan B)
Wales (Phil H) v Poland (Sean D)

COPA Semis

Ecuador (Thomas C) v Paraguay (Wesley B)
Brazil (Florence C-L) v Argentina (Matthew T)

With the standard likely to be more closely matched than the groups we now play 15 rounders. Same scoring, goals scored for winning a round with a max.

If games are tied, then whoever has won the game on points will be deemed to have won in extra-time (so there is an element of not going all out risk). If still tied, then the tie-break conundrum(s) will act as penalties.

I’ve set the deadline for 31st July, but please try and play game asap so we can keep moving through the rounds.

Good luck!

Runs from: 29 June – 31 July 2025. Format: 15 Rounder. Matches: One-off. Approved.
