Notes from the organizer: Sunday at the Masters. The most anticipated and dramatic day of the golfing season.
T-Cap is aiming for a first green jacket and leads the way on -7 with Latch (-5), Matthew B (+5) and Dave R (+11) all in contention.
4Aces are leading and firm favourites for the team title, but that could change on a day that offers major losses and gains.
Augusta on Sunday has a hyper-charged atmosphere - so we are tackling a Hyper Letters Attack.
Scoring is relatively simple, but with some special criteria on five pivotal holes (see below).
12 letter word - Condor (-4)
11 letter word - Albatross (-3)
10 letter word - Eagle (-2)
9 letter word - Birdie (-1)
8 letter word - Par (0)
7 letter word - Bogey (+1)
6 letter word - Double Bogey (+2)
5 letter word or worse - Triple Bogey (+3)
There are five special holes and they all come down the stretch, these are designed to replicate the chaotic final round nature at The Masters, which anyone who watched the real-life action unfold on Sunday will be aware of!
Amen Corner - 11th, 12th, 13th - Any word beginning with A, M, E or N will be treated as one letter longer than it actually is.
16th & 18th - Score to par on these critical closing holes will be doubled, which means scores of both -8 and +6 are possible (a potential 14 shot swing on each)
Remember, rounds 19 and then 20 will be treated as play-off holes in the final round.
