Dave Robjohns Congrats to Ahmed on becoming the 9th unique champion of Aptoleague at the first time of asking! He joins Tom Carey and James Rowan to become the third player to win the PL in their debut season there, with only a 4L masterclass from George preventing the clean sweep. In 2nd, it's a first ever PL podium for Matthew in his 8th season, ahead of the league's most consistent player Tom, who nails a 6th top 4 finish in a row. It's also a PB for Florence in 6th place! Some truly monstrous here this season including a 163 max game from Carlo and Ahmed's 167 - but we'll get to that come the stats update :)

At the other end, Neil has been unable to match last season's heroics and succumbs to the drop on points difference, while Carlo and Oliver will be taking a break from the league.

Notes from the organizer: Another season, another Premier League stronger than ever. Reigning champion Neil enters the league lowest rated, but suspect ratings count for very little here - it's incredibly open at both ends.

13 players here - Premier League debuts for S84 finalists Florence & Ahmed, while Gulshan returns after one season away. All 13 of you are in the top 28 of pro ranks at the time of writing. The average rating tops 2000 for the first time ever. So that's fun.
