Notes from the organizer: Ice hockey is a full-contact sport, so put on your "helmet with either a visor or a full face mask, shoulder pads, elbow pads, mouth guard, protective gloves, heavily padded shorts (also known as hockey pants) or a girdle, athletic cup (also known as a jock, for males; and jill, for females), shin pads, skates, and (optionally) a neck protector" and prepare to do battle... if you can still reach the keyboard.
Hyper Nasty 9 serves as our substitute for the rink. You'll be divided into groups for some round-robining; the best performing teams will progress to the play-offs to compete for the medals.
As with curling, you'll be playing real people here, so please make appropriate efforts to get your games played within the allotted month. Unplayed games will be dealt with as needed.
Ran from: 2 February – 2 March 2022. Format: Hyper Nasty 9. Matches: One-off. Approved.
Fixtures: 180. Completed: 180.
Key. Green: winner. Red: loser. Grey: tie. (Stripes: provisional, match in progress.)
