John Beresford Adam and George both beat Lee, who i can't seem to get a game against, but i beat Adam and George. No brainer that i get promoted.

Dave Robjohns It's a bit early to say anything final as this isn't yet just a three way thing (Marcus vs Sean could get played, Josh vs Lee also unplayed yet) however under the current rules, Lee has played more than 3 games so his results stand. John has made more effort than Lee in their game, so would get it awarded to John.

Lee has barely played at all since mid June however, so an alternative solution could indeed be to remove his games fully, which would see George, Adam, Marcus and Sean drop 3 points.

Both of these currently lead to John and George getting promoted, if no more games are played.

Ideally however, since Lee is still online occasionally, he sees these notifications and takes to aptomail to organise game times with John and Josh at least.

Lee Simmonds Hi, Dave is right, I haven't played for weeks. Got a few matches played early and then been busy/unavailable since. To be fair, no-one has contacted me regarding the games I have left to play. I'm aware of the deadline which is why I have come on here tonight. Although my battery on my laptop is nearly dead so can't play just now.

John - generally worth aptomailing opponents and adding me to it, that's *all* I generally look at when adjudicating.

Right. So John can argue he's been more active than Lee and deserves the win, and also earns promotion if you take out George and Adam's results vs Lee & beat them both, but Adam sits in the key seat on PD, so also has a fair claim to promotion.

My verdict? Dodge making a decision entirely and promote all 3 of you to make all 6 divisions have 12 players. I will look at sharpening the rules to make them unflinchingly rigid, but ultimately the best result is getting all games played so I want everyone to be looking to send aptomails around halfway through the season.

At the other end, Eoin does just enough to fend off Ian and survive. So Ian and Lee return to D3, with Eeshan dropping down too.
