Tourney round: Aptolympics 2020: Event 59: Tennis
Notes from the organizer: Into August now, and the finish line is in sight. Event 59 is Tennis. Perhaps one bonus of this being postponed to 2021 is Andy Murray's improved chances of retaining it, having won in 2012 and 2016.
Tennis will be in the hyper unlimited format, once again because the points (and matches, looking at you John Isner) can go on for a while, and the court is bigger than badminton, hence the hyper.
As a nod to the incredible work Andy SC does with the ATP events, this event will be seeded - your ATP rankings taken into account!
Fun fact: Monica Puig won the women's singles last year, in what was Puerto Rico's first Olympic gold.
To enter this tournament, simply sign-up in Aptochat this evening from 7:30-8pm, before we start the tournament at 8pm.
