Weโ€™re 2/3 through now and for me, this is one of the most impressive matches of the lot. The final mayโ€˜ve ended 3-0, but all three games of this 6S 4L fest went beyond 10 rounds, and Jack was a tricky 3*274 for one away from being perfect across 34 rounds. Slowly starting to turn the overall Aptolympics into a three horse race. Congrats also to Edward, a nervy route through to the final with 3-2s in his first three games, and Vincent, who asked to only do bot games and was added by my error, going on to win his first medals.

Notes from the organizer: Events 37 & 38 of Aptolympics both link to one of the more confusing (imo) sports in the Olympics, Fencing.

These will be represented by Sudden Death Numbers & Letters, not because deaths are particularly common in fencing these days, but because you're looking to get a quick win for a point and you frequently get both players hitting at the same time.

These games will be first to 3, a pretty short bout but I'm pretty sure someone would hit me if I enforced a best of 29 format like the real thing.
