Notes from the organizer: We now enter Nebraska, the second state to use a somewhat-proportional system based on allocating votes using congressional districts rather than whole-state victors. Fairer politically-it won't be fun for any of you whose reaction time is slower than a startled cat on Red Bull.

First up, there will be the districts, of which this is the first. There will be rounds up each day until Sunday for each district (worth 1 vote). The At-Large is worth 2 votes, which will be up on Monday. All of them are Berserk 9s. Shouldn't take you long, then. Enjoy!
