Dave Robjohns

Dave Robjohns Sorry for the delay in adding these games, had a busy morning. Therefore you may complete your heat games up until 12pm on Monday 13th.

As said in the blurb, 1 heat winner + 3 next highest scores go through

Tiebreak = Maxes, then con time

Dave Robjohns

Dave Robjohns Congrats to our 8 finalists - one week to play your games.

T-Cap led the way with 146, with 2 others in his group also qualifying. Matthew Tassier's 110 would've come 6th in one of the heats but is enough to see him win Heat E, he'll be looking to push a PB to have a shot at the medals.

Matthew Tassier Just saving energy for the final.

Sam Cappleman-Lynes What a nasty final conundrum...

Tom Cappleman

Tom Cappleman Oof, unlucky Sam (and thanks Apterous RNG)

Dave Robjohns

Dave Robjohns Clerical error from the olympic management team; the final was not meant to be announced until 12pm, as per my first comment. Late entrant Bradley storms into the final and would've knocked out Joseph. Since Joseph's game is set up, I guess we'll have a 9 player final - apologies!

Dave Robjohns Event 24 of 66 completed:
🥇 🇫🇷 Thomas Cappleman
🥈 🇬🇧 Joseph H
🥉 🇭🇺 Sam Cappleman-Lynes

TCap a very deserving winner after recording the best score in both rounds (146 and 144).

Tourney round: Aptolympics 2020: Event 28: 1500m Freestyle

<< Event 27: Surfing | Event 29: Artistic Gymnastics >>

Notes from the organizer: Event 28 of the Aptolympics takes us back to the pool for 1500m freestyle swimming. This is going to be a Hypertouch 15, as it's a bit freestyle (you can change any letter you like) and it's the longest indoor swimming event (so hyper length)

This round will consist of 5 heats, followed by the final. The heat winners will all qualify, along with 3 more best scorers, into the final. All vs Prune

Deadline for heats: 12th July
Deadline for final: 19th July
