Dave Robjohns The top division is the biggest of the four with 9 players, and aptly features some big names of the site, with three big hitters rated over 2000.

At the other end, Dan's snuck into the premier league after some impressive improvements over his 30 day challenge, with Carlo and Reg also recently sneaking into the big time in front of Neil who falls to D2.

9 very strong players all capable of maxing games so will be interesting to see who comes out on top in a month's time!

2 things of note here...
1) I forgot to set up draws for this division. Games will automatically go to a TB in the case of a draw. Do play it, but league wise it'll be irrelevant.

2) Ronan currently plans to not renew his membership. As a result, the relegation and relegation playoff spots fall to the 2 bottom finishers excluding Ronan (i.e. if Ronan comes 8th, 7th spot takes relegation playoff). This way Prem should have 8 next season.

Dave Robjohns Commiserations to Ronan on his relegation to Div 2 for next season. Dan survives on points difference for now, but will need to fend off Neil in a playoff to retain his Premier League status.

Nothing decided yet at the top, Callum and Tom leading with 5/5 records with a week to go.

Dave Robjohns Congratulations to Tom Carey on becoming the inaugural AptoLeague champion! He fought off strong competition (arguably the hardest octorun ever) unscathed with 7 wins and 7 centuries at that. Callum takes 2nd place with Robbo in 3rd. Well done guys. Ronan was unfortunately relegated but I'm sure he'll be back here in no time.
