Sam Prouse Well, what a finish that was.

And after all it all, he's successfully defended his title, our champion for the second cycle running, with 265 points, is Chris Hare. However it was extremely close, with just 7 points separating the top 3, and just 1 separating 2nd and 3rd, our runner up is Callum Todd with 259 points, and 3rd place with 258 is Hazel Drury. Chris also getting the double by being the overall top scorer with 1262 points.

And with all that said, thank you very much all for taking part in this trilogy, had a lot of twists and turns, and above all, great competition. A third trilogy will more than likely be coming some point in 2020, potentially with more rounds. Until then, happy conundruming.

Notes from the organizer: This is it then, the final round of the final tournament in the second cycle of the trilogy. The final hurdle is a Hypergoatundrum attack versus Waldorf, you've all already played Jr. Goatundrums in this tournament, so the same rules will apply, 10 points for not needing the extra letter, 7 with, only this time the selections will be 12 letters long instead of 7.

Time to crown the final champion then, let us find out who it will be.
