Notes from the organizer: After 10 weeks of tourneys and challenges, The Great Apterous Hyper Off has now progressed to the Grand Finals stage.
The top 8 players* in the TGAHO leaderboard (see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1niR02fsqtWUySlqeJTdnph-fOZxYW7YuOxba2abSaFU/edit?usp=sharing) have been seeded into a Quarter Final draw to play for the title of The Great Apterous Hyper Off Grand Champion.
The Quarter Finals will be best-of-1, the Semis best-of-3, and the Final best-of-5. All matches will be a Hyper 15. All games will have two weeks to be played.
The draw is as follows:
No.1 seed Bradley Horrocks (2775.5 TGAHO points) vs No.8 seed Andy SC (1232 points)
No.2 seed Edward Ashcroft (2490 points) vs No. 7 seed Hazel Drury (1450 points)
No. 3 seed Matthew Tassier (2397.5 points) vs No. 6 seed John Beresford (1607.5 points)
No. 4 seed Ray Wilding (2124.5 points) vs No. 5 seed Stephen R (1941 points)
Good luck to all competing, and thanks everyone for taking part. I'll be putting together a little infographic of stats to show participation and achievements in the Hyper variants over the course of TGAHO, to be published once the Finals stage is over.
