| Bradley Horrocks That's a quirk of the scoring system, byes don't count as proper wins. Arguably unfair if you have an inactive opponent as you did, but that's an element of bad luck with the draw! |

Notes from the organizer: Everyone will begin in this bracket - if you win, you stay in this bracket. If you lose, you drop to the bottom bracket. A quick few points:
1) The deadline for playing your match will be in the notes.
2) I encourage Aptomail as a means of communication, especially if deadlines are approaching. You'll receive a reminder when there's a week left to play. Let me know if you're struggling.
3) Extensions can be granted if there is a certain time shortly after the deadline where the game will be played.
