Today's games
The Today's games page is fairly self explanatory, being a list of all the games played since 00:00 today.
The table of games shows game time, contestants, scores, and format, all with appopriate links.
Daily Duel scores are hidden.
At the top of the pages, you can see the current total games played, and the number of players who have played so far today.
One less obvious but very useful purpose this page serves is to give you an idea of whether or not the server is having problems - if you can't seem to log in to the game, check this page. If no one else has played any games recently then you can rest assured that the your connection problem is site-wide and nothing to do with your own setup. For more information, see the troubleshooting section.
Non-apterous+ members can only see the scores of games completed in the last 48 hours; older games will have to be viewed directly to see the scores.
Game archive
The Game Archive provides a useful collection of links to the Today's games pages for days in the past, since the conception of apterous (although at some point this page will probably be split into separate years).
The links are arranged in monthly calendar style.
