I also put the running date from 3 June 2019 - 14 June 2019, but when I recreated this, I decided that I might start it early due to it possibly going on for some time. And I didn't want it going on into the summer (e.g, Late July or Early August). |

 | Jason Turner Ronan, I feel you have lost your way with this tourney. Perhaps limit yourself to smaller fields or pre-planned one night specials. You had a rocky start on the site and I realise you are trying to make it a fun site for all but the constant corrections and retractions make you look bad. I wish you all the best, and I will carry on signing up to try and support you and Apterous. good luck |
 | Andy SC I have to say I agree with, Jason. I am sort of struggling to follow what is going on now. Generally how human v human tournaments are run is that the host will have sign-ups open for so long then see how many people they have signed up and then decide how many prelim matches they need. For example with a field of say 28 players you will need 12 prelim matches. Here you kind of just entered everybody into the round 1 draw and also had people signing-up after you started the tournament. I learnt that after hosting my first tournament and now plan carefully what to do. Keep this in mind for other tournaments you do and they should go smoothly. |

Tourney round: Unofficial Apto 11th Birthday Championship: Preliminary Rounds
Notes from the organizer: Hope it's not too early to create this, but as many of you know, Apterous' 11th Birthday is in June of 2019. And to celebrate it, I thought a Tourney might be something good.
For those who are willing to enter, you may do so now. Entry before 1st June would be nice, but I respect the fact that some people might have just found out about it a day or so before we start.
It really doesn't matter if it is Males or Females who enter, just hope you all do your best and enjoy yourselves.
Quarter Finals will start around the 21st June, and go on until 28th June, AND ARE ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WON THEIR PRELIMINARY MATCH!
Semi Finals will start on 29th June, and go through until 4 July.
The Grand Final will be held on Saturday 6 July.
I apologise if this Tourney isn't something that will make you interested in it. But if you want to ask a question about the tournament, then feel free to send me an Aptomail.
