Tourney round: The Multiverse 2: Return Trip: Hyper
Notes from the organizer: Into the home straight now, and if I had thought about this more, Hyper (won last year by Matthew Brockwell) would have been Round 12, but hence it is Round 13. Thomas Cappleman and Ian Volante are using the joker this week, while Numberwang was selected by former footballer Des Lyttle.
Thomas was the winner of Duckdown, with a converted score of 97. Zarte Siempre took silver with 84, and Matthew Tassier third with 77. Thanks to Marcus Hares selecting 101 as Numberwang, Thomas gets an extra bonus point. Another bonus point goes to Sean Fletcher, for the impressive pencil of "ORNITHOCOPROPHILOUS". According to Oxford Online, it is "growing on bird droppings", so I won't call it lovely. :P
