This is a Tourney for players with a pro rank of 1000 or under, inclusive. Please do NOT apply to sign up if yours is 1000+, as I won't let you join it. The format is as of yet unknown (probably round-robin, with playoffs), it depends how many people sign up. If i have to (to make numbers even), i will join myself.
