| Ben Wilson I'll probably do it that way, announce the handicaps as the draw goes ahead. There won't be any seedings so if a prelim round is needed, it'll be drawn entirely at random. |

Tourney round: COLIN XI - Insert Coin: Round 1
Notes from the organizer: A while ago, after I was awarded my spoon of awesome- http://www.apterous.org/ticket_view.php?ticket=2514 - I promised a celebratory tournament, and here it is!
It's basically going to be a straight knock-out event- using 9 rounders as that's what's used at COLIN- the winner of whom will get no less a prize than free entry into COLIN XI (and the hangover) itself! And to make it even fairer, games will be played using a handicap system.
The handicaps will be based on your performance at COLIN X, specifically on your average score throughout the day (or days if you played the hangover as well). If you didn't play at COLIN X, I'll figure something out based on the last co-event in which you played. If you've never played a co-event before, I'll put something together based on your pro rank. If you don't have a pro rank, you probably won't win the tourney anyway so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Feel free to sign up below- once the tourney starts I'd hope to get a round done every week (and as it's one 9-round game, that's not too much to ask for) so we're done well in time for COLIN. Don't let that put you off paying me the entry fee to COLIN XI, though- if you win the tourney, I'll simply issue a refund of the money you've already paid. :-)
