	Callum Todd 12 sign-ups already! That's incredible; thanks to everyone who's joined. Sign-ups will remain open right up until the tournament starts, I want as many people as possible to take this opportunity to get into this great variant so there is no fixed limit of players; I'll find a way to work with whatever number we get.

	Callum Todd Just one week left 'til this kicks off! Keep the sign-ups coming; Hypertouch is super fun and this is a great opportunity to discover it.
	Callum Todd I'll be starting this tourney some time on Saturday morning so anyone still planning to join please try get your applications in before midnight on Friday to ensure you get there in time. Depending on the final number of contestants, the first round could either be a group stage or a qualifier. Either way, it will lead to a second round with 16 people in a straight knockout.
	Callum Todd I'll start the first round tomorrow, which will involve everyone playing a Hypertouch 15 against Prune as a qualifier. More details will be available on the tourney page when I create it tomorrow morning. New sign-ups are welcome until then.

Notes from the organizer: Welcome to Hypertouch tourney. Please sign up and get playing some Hypertouch; it's really fun.

The first round will kick off on Saturday 16th August, will last two weeks, and could be either a best-of-3 knockout round, or a best-of-1 group stage, depending on how many people enter.
