Tourney round: Apto 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' Series 2: Sign-Up Area

Notes from the organizer: Apto WWTBAM is back!

Following on from the success of the first series, I have once again compiled sets pf questions ready for sign-ups.

IMPROVEMENTS/CHANGES:
- Reliability of Ask the Audience improved: if there's anybody who asks, I'll sent a set of 20-30 (or any other specified number that they want) of sample questions to be used by other players during their run. This way, whenever a player DOES use their AtA lifeline, the result won't consist of 2 people who've both gone 'I have no idea.' however this approach will still be used as well. If you want a set of sample questions just post a comment saying you would - you don't have to be a participant in the tourney.
- There'll be a cumulative points table following on from last series, just to add a little more something to the virtual million. Furthermore, if there are multiple winners (or no winners) of the million, I intend to do something known as the Tournament of 10, where the 10 highest prizewinners are each given a £1,000,000 question, and each would take theirs in reverse order (ie #10 starting first) and those who did get it right moved to the top of the leaderboard, unless anyone after them got their £1,000,000 question right, in order to ensure one winner. This idea may need approval by a significant number of players, though.
- ALL PLAYERS WILL NOW BE MESSAGED WITH 2 WEEKS to go if they haven't yet completed their run. Otherwise, last series' guidelines apply; just say when you want to run and I'll see if I can make then.

Any questions (relavant to the topic) feel free to ask.
