Innis Carson I think it could happen in Omelette or Aegilops, in the extremely unlikely event you get a Z at the end of one consonant 'pile' and another Z at the start of the next, and the piles reset at just the right time to give you the selection ZZ.

Thomas Carey Omelette has a 3 letter minimum, but Aegi could work.

Matt Hamer Something like ZQWVU in Junior Unlimited (CSW) would also give ZZZ as a max.
